Her relationship to healing stems from years of creative inquiry, music and sound meditation,  mindfulness meditation and authentic movement, incorporating tools from Somatic Experiencing and Body Mind Centering practices to help clients navigate and release past traumas, heal relationships, support career changes, and illuminate the self-actualization process.

Katie has been at the forefront in integrating sound and music into clinical work training hundreds of students how to  incorporate sound and music into their clinical and healing practices. Her students include MDs to LSCWs, LCATs, board-certified music therapists, holistic healing practitioners and anyone interested in learning how to incorporate sound and Deep Listening into their personal and professional lives for continued health and wellbeing.

Katie offers clients the opportunity to experience true self-acceptance and unconditional positive regard, the release of trauma, connection to the self and others, and insight into personal integrity and purpose.
