About the event
This retreat combines Deep Listening practices, inspired by composer Pauline Oliveros, to help you connect with yourself and the changing season. Details: Online Session (Friday, March 21, 7-9pm): Kick off the retreat with an online intention-setting gathering. In-Person Workshops (Saturday, March 22 & Sunday, March 23, 1-4pm): Experience sound exploration, Deep Listening, guided meditation, and free-writing at Naada Yoga Studio in the Mile-End of Montreal. Concert (Saturday, March 22, 6-7:30pm): Enjoy a live performance by Kathy, Katie, and Ayelet, followed by an artist talk and reception @ Naada Yoga.
