Clown and Voice: A weekend immersion of deep play, vocal and physical explorations!

Curious about your inner clown? Always wanted to discover the parts of your voice through improvisation and divine play? Coming to the Kiva this August, clown and voice teachers Justine Williams and Katie Down are holding a 2 and a half day immersive and ridiculously fun retreat that will invite connection, curiosity, creativity and FUN as we explore all the ways our voice and bodies create character and clown! Come nurture your hearts and funny bones. No music or theatre experience necessary - just curiosity and willingness to dig into the crevices of our voice to find the clown within! Sing to the trees, run through the woods, play with sounds and gesture, open the heart! A delicious communal dinner is included at the Stone Ridge Orchard on Sat night.
