Join us for a deep dive into listening and gentle somatic practices in sound.

This sonic immersion experience invites participants to engage in listening with all the senses which can help to facilitate inner journeying and reset. Come join us at WildHeart for a restorative and heart-opening sensory experience. Participants will be free to recline (savasana pose), sit or stand as needed. Some yoga mats and blankets will be available but please bring whatever materials you need to feel warm and relaxed. Eye masks and essential oils are offered. The event will last 60 minutes.
