Sip and Sound - a sound bath and tasting meditation

Katie Down and Samer Ghadry are long-time collaborators and friends and will be offering a sound bath under the giant oak on the top of the hill at Stone Ridge Orchard on Saturday, August 26th from 5:30pm - 7pm. Bring a blanket and a yoga mat. We will have some extra on hand as well. The meditation will go from 5:30 - 6:15 and then guests will be invited to the tasting room for cider and kombucha. The orchard is beautiful and open for wandering and taking in the sense of sight, sound, and taste!
