Heart's Content is a daylong retreat focusing on the heart. We will gather in community with Circle Singing guided by Onome, herbalism and plant medicine of hawthorn with Alex that corresponds to the heart, and sound and deep listening with Katie. Bring a journal, comfortable clothing for movement and forest walking, a water bottle, and your curiosity and creativity! Come join us in a beautiful Hudson Valley location for a day of song, deep listening, and the medicine of hawthorne! Light snacks, tea, coffee, and a delicious vegetarian lunch are included.
